If you want to do a sitcom, I won't say give up, but you have a lon way to go before you get it right. One thin I'll give you, the laughter sounded genuine. I automatically shut off any show that has canned laughter. Also, the actors are definitely usable. I would put the mike up and their voices down, get some real dialogue and a plot. Whom did I hear o late, complainin about lack of decent plot?

This is all horrrrrrribly tongue in cheek if you didn't get it. I normally don't like sitcoms at all. It's satire of them and of internet shows. It started out (in season one) as 5 second long episodes for internet users with no attention span. It bloomed beyond that, but has always remained very tongue in cheek and intentionally bad/dry. It's all for a very select audience, mainly me. Lecturing me on the "plot" to the Grabowskis is comical in itself. You shouldn't be so quick to judge.

This didn't seem to go through the first time: The sound and diction are clear, that is a huge plus. I think, with decent plot and dialogue, you might be able to get somethin goin. But now you have the karma of criticism comin back to you from the star trek endeavours. Incidental, music, or background music, can help a lot. Research shows that sound matters more, unconsciously, to audiences, than visual. The number 1 show recently, CSI, listen to their fine resonant voices w deep overtones.
