Vincent and the Doctor is one of my all time favorite episodes of Doctor Who. Vincent Van Gogh is one of my all time favorite artists. Don McLean wrote and recorded the song Vincent for his 1970 album American Pie. The song is about how the life and works of Vincent Can Gogh deeply moved Don McLean. The song is a perfect representation of Vincent and the Doctor which brilliantly captured the life of Vincent Van Gogh. I hope you enjoy. Of all the Doctor Who episodes I love, this one holds a special place, because of Van Gough, the message the whole episode showed, sometimes nothing helps but adding to a persons pile of "good things" matters. I thought the man who played Vincent in this episode did a brilliant job. Thank you for this video.

I rather like the song. Teamed with the fact that the EPISODE was about as emotional, it works well imo.
