Its around 50mph. I can do better but it needs a tune up. I have a bran new lower unit that was rebuilt from my 65 merc. If you want it its yours. I have no need for it. All new gears. I blew up the top end a week after I got the lower end on. My bad luck. Anyways if you want it you can have it free.

I love it!!!What is your top speed now?I notice that you are not trimming it out much.What happens when you trim it out about where you had the 650 trimmed?
