  • Just so everyone knows, I'm descending with a digital camera in one hand, using it as a video recorder. If I had use of both hands, I could jump the cow guards. It was a cool day of riding.

  • thanks.. the roads aren't that bad. Those "cow guards" are dangerous though!

  • @Phishean no, that's actually S3 or San Felipe Grade here in San Diego County, near Scissors Crossing

  • man you coulda flew over those cow guards no problem, just sit back

  • Get some $15 ATV fog-proof goggles with foam face pads. Sweet!

  • "crappy cannondale" lawl, I'll keep the Gitane TDF :)>

  • yes thats the tehachapi decent that dumps you into north Palmdale.....done that many times and highest is near 70mph...These guys are riding conservative...The AV was a great place to live prior to all the LA trash that moved in in the 90s...now it barely tolerable ...

  • Wonder if thats the Antelope Valley area near Palmdale?

  • Looks like the high desert area near the Antelope Valley, God I hated growing up there!

  • its the roads to nowhere and the back country which have not been improved since the 60s

  • you should attache a video recorder to your bike and then really try to go as fast as you can. i bet you can go MUCH faster than this on that sort of road! =D
