This is an adjustable low profile, fully automatic system for the handling of asymmetrical and symmetrical plastic containers. The Omega-Sort Bottle Fully Automatic Unscrambler is an adjustable low profile, versatile bottle unscrambler featured with few change parts. Containers are oriented horizontally and single file with base leading or trailing. Containers are then uprighted onto a discharge conveyor. Available in 5 different frame sizes, the Omega-Sort can accommodate fractional ounces up to imperial gallon. Dependent on container size, speeds can range from 50 to 300 cpm.
