Note: This series is a follow up to Bruce Lipton's - The Biology of Perception talk http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=9CF36E4F42048E00
Rob Williams, M.A. and Originator of PSYCH-K, discusses how beliefs determine your biological and behavioral realities and shows how to establish communication with the subconscious to "rewrite the software of the mind" and facilitate change.
PSYCH-K is a simple and direct way to change self-limiting beliefs at the subconscious level of the mind, where nearly all human behavior originates, both constructive and destructive. Its overall goal is to accelerate individual and global spiritual evolution by aligning subconscious beliefs with conscious wisdom from the worlds great spiritual and intellectual traditions.
Rob Williams has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Masters Degree in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Colorado. He is President of The Myrddin Corporation, and Director of the PSYCH-K Centre International. Rob's life-long exploration of human potential, combined with his background in marketing, advertising, business management -- and 14 years in private practice as a psychotherapist -- provides a practical, results-oriented approach to personal change.
@YtubeUserr You really like to play a role of therapist for no reason : ) You didn't answer my question, but it's alright, maybe you BELIEVE it's irrelevant. : ))

@everyoneSalegend Why do you look for instant results? Keep trying and living right and the right beliefs take a firm hold as a habit with time. TRUTH

I got another question: let's say that my "I'm not really good enough" belief was based on other people' opinion through years. Then I change that default basic belief so it becomes: "I am good enough" etc, or something similar. But then again as the time goes by, I get more of the same social effect of "not being good enough" that will eventually reactivate the old default belief, cause my new but old experience will again shape perception and so on... with the same result. Where is the change?

I don't understand something: why would I want to change my beliefs if those beliefs were shaped by accurate perception of the world (candle example), and if I learn something valuable based on that belief? As a scientist you have to check extreme cases to prove that some theory works. Take happiness for example.Sometimes it is hard to define what makes us happy, and how can you destroy default belief that could someday prove to be good for you, but now it is not? We should all think about that.

I took the basic and advanced course and have about fifteen hundred bucks tied up in PSYCH-K sessions and work shops now. It has been worth fifteen thousand !!! Modern psychology is looking in the wrong place, the answers are in our subconscious. It worked/works great for me and the 15 others who took the advanced workshop.

None of this is new at all. It may be repackaged to be user friendly to the average crowd who are not psych majors, but this is Psych 101.
