No Telegraphy does not use long & short beeps. There are not beeps. Amateur radio does use beeps. But all a telegraph does is use clicks. (There are no long vs short clicks)

Added to 'favorites' because this video is freakin' hilarious... as nearly all 'expertvillage' vids are.

*old person voice* I remember the Titanic, that was quite a disaster. Told them "Don't go on that ship! If it can float, it can sink"

Liberal bull crap sneaks into all academics. First "annihilate all the Indian nations". Last I checked they're alive and well with big casinos, one has $145 of my cash. ha ha. On the 4th of July their fireworks stands do great business selling the white man crap to blow their hands off. Truth is there are more Native Americans today than the 1600's. Indians get sovereign land, free health care and college grants from US Gov (out taxes). I want to be half Indian for the free stuff.

@kj4fyx they are not wrong, they are just really old.

Wrong!
Titanic used CQ-D instead of SOS. SOS was first used in 1909 by Americans and then also used after 1912 by the Brittish because the CQ-D call by the Titanic wasn't heard or understood by other ships.
