Most Unusual Submarine Pitcher Ever

From the UT vs. Rice game on 4/17/2007.
The pitcher is Keith Shinaberry.
Has anyone ever seen a pitcher throw hunched over like that?
For the record, I believe his velocity was high 60's to mid 70's. He pitched one decent inning then promptly got shelled.
