If you manage a call center, your people spend a lot of time on the phone. But there are other things that need to get done--reviewing policy updates, training for new promotions, after call work.... Good stuff, right? But that's time that can't be spent on the phone helping customers. And then there's all the time in between calls that isn't productive. Our challenge: To show you how Knowlagent can change that, turning unproductive wait time into active wait time.
