  • I agree depression is a skill or a process but people do have food allergies that make it very difficult to function, then the bad thoughts kick in.

Remember that Gary Craig video when he was making no headway at all with a woman of depression. It only shifted when she quit sugar and wheat.

I do like these videos, though. EFT is great and this looks even better.

  • The belief in toxins will keep you a slave to them.

  • The woman I speak of didn't know she had a problem with toxins until she eliminated the food.

    I think you're oversimplifying things.

  • There are symbols we have in our life that may represent emotional issues. With the process of change you can also release the toxic reaction to sugar, bread and bad movies but we must realize that it is the unconscious that gives the meaning.

It may be difficult to tap out arsenic so there are somethings that are toxic! I know from experience that memories seem to the most toxic substance known to man outside of chemicals. I like to keep it simple.

  • Thanks, Robert. I have been using and teaching EFT for about 2 years now and you are my HERO!

  • I am honored to be apart of your growth and transformation. Peace Robert

  • thanks for sharing this great ideas,Robert,Love it !

  • You may look back to find your history of this pattern. This is an emotional pattern that is working for some reason. Keep working on it. Robert
