Overview: This fibreglass vessel is a production boat built by Sable Marine (no longer in business) in the mid 1980s . We understand these moulds were then acquired by Seawind Catamarans and stretched to the 38 and 44 ft versions (the 38 appears to be almost identical) available currently.
This boat underwent a refit of ALL mechanical and electrical systems as well as a new interior fitout in 2007 for private/pleasure use.
This means that all equipment listed below was installed and commissioned in that year. This includes all engine, drive, and steering equipment, helm instruments, electrical items, wiring, circuit breaker panel, pumps, toilet, clears, foam mattresses, BBQ, etc.

Engines/drives were installed by qualified shipwrights and all electrical work by electrician. Only quality brands and equipment used. The result is an excellent boat which presents/runs as near new, and is well worth inspecting!

Propulsion: 2 x YANMAR 39hp inboard diesels matched to Yanmar SD50 saildrive legs with 3 blade alloy props (incl. new fuel lines and filters, cooling water cocks/strainers , wiring harness, helm panel etc)
Steering: Hydrive hydraulic system operating s/steel rudders
Exhaust: custom fibreglass mufflers/hull outlets by Foreshore Exhaust Taren Pt
Controls : Morse MT-3 with Teleflex cables

ELECTRICAL:
Solar panels: 2 x Shell Powermax 85w to flybridge roof with PL20 20amp regulator charges house battery and keeps fridge running 24/7.
Circuit breaker panel: BEP panel with digital voltage/battery capacity/current usage meter.
House battery:1 x 200Ah deep cycle AGM/ 2 x Starting battery: AGM
(Note emergency parallel switches allows connection of any batteries for emergency start/radio etc)
Fridge: ICEER 12V eutectic high efficiency underbench unit
Lighting: All interior and exterior lighting is low power LED
Entertainment: SONY CD/radio/iPod input unit (marine speakers to saloon and flybridge). TV/DVD combo recessed into saloon ceiling

ACCOMMODATION:
2 x main queen sized cabins forward (very roomy and light)
2 x aft cabins are double bed width at widest point but taper in, and have reduced headroom
Bathroom/head: single roomy bathroom with sink, shower, and electric toilet
Saloon offers space for extra sleeping requirements, as well as removable central table, spacious lounge seating, and removable shade to windows
Galley (incl. kitchen sink) is down in starboard hull, however fridge is up in saloon and ample bench space provides option for food prep up and adjacent to cockpit door. Cooking is via cockpit marine BBQ.
Interiors feature custom marine carpet, stylish woodgrain veneer/corian fitout, and low maintenance marine vinyl upholstery- all in excellent condition. Mattresses are 6inch/150mm thick foam.
Custom hatches in forward saloon windows provide excellent ventilation.
HELM:
INSTRUMENTS: GME GX600 VHF radio,Navman 4430 depth sounder/fish finder, Plastimo compass, anchor winch control, sound system volume control.

OTHER:
Anchor winch: Electric Muir Altantic with remote switching from helm and foredeck .
Full clears , all weather access ladder, and under-seat icebox to flybridge
