These oil paintings come from a huge interest in the wide range of body types and attitudes of women. I am also drawn to the elegance of dancers and movement. Each painting means something personal or suggestive or humorous, but always fun. In our contemporary society, with so many challenges and hurdles, she wants the viewer to take time to be reminded of the simple pleasures that music and art bring to us.
