I disagree. I see the vocals as an instrument - sometimes as important as guitars. The vocals really add to the music. Some don't need vocals, but a lot of metal needs the vocals.

Not trying to start a huge fucking fight but Death and/or black metal would be sooooo much better if there were no singer. This is proof of this. :-)
