This Kinesis exercise is done on the Beta station. One foot rests high on the ball of the foot with the other stays firmly planted on the floor. Press using the deltoids to reach the alternating arms toward the ceiling. It doesn't take long to fatigue even the strongest of shoulders. Don't be fooled by appearances, this one sneaks up on you!
