UFO: Extraterrestrials End

This is the end part from the game UFO: Extraterrestrials. It's basically a remake of the original UFO: Enemy Unknown / Xcom Ufo Defense by a different company, altered to prevent infringement I'm sure.
The ending is, as usual, disappointing. But this one takes the cake and it's pure laziness.

Can I ask, how have you managed to complete the game? I keep running out of money, started and restarted many times. Even looked at cheats to get more money but for some reason I can't find the save slot. So frustrating as I do like the game. Remember years ago completing X-Com enemy unknown.

That is a cheap ending, its worse than amstrad endings, there is no ending it just blows up... I guess you did die in the explosion so you dont get to find out if you saved the worlds but hey.
