  • ok so im actually doing a experiment on the effects of binaural beats on the body. It turns out Akarji is right i dont know if it's for that reason or not but hes right. One minute in, my mind started racing as if I was in a dangerous situation and was in the middle of an adrenalin rush. two minutes in my heart picked up speed, increasing to about 125 beats per minute. At about three minutes i was pretty sure i was having a panic attack. I wouldn't recommend listening to this for relaxation.

  • The media which has influenced modern perception of many things today is the probable cause of anxiety rather than relaxation. This is because the first person to make a scary movie or anything relative has probably used similar frequencies to go with said movie, thus we've adopted that today throughout media and common knowledge. This sounds amazing and it doesn't have any "feel" that I can recall. It's unique and not scary.

  • @bck1990 I think that you should listen to this through headphones if you have any. By doing so you shut out other sound. Note that you should do this before you begin studying. When you are studying you can keep listening to it but perhaps on lower volume, mainly to shut out potential noise, but also to keep calm and if you float away onto other (irrelevant) thoughts to remind yourself to keep calm and keep studying.
