  • Reggie Harris RIP, what a great guy he was.

  • Diane Dimond was so low on the totem pole. She went from the fill-in weekend anchor to that trash tabloid TV show "Hard Copy." For the past 15 years, she's made her career out of trying to destroy Michael Jackson.

  • @subalfie I remember when he passed away. He was with UPN, and the news staff were so sad. They had to report the news the same night he passed away, and they couldn't hide their tears while on air.

  • @subalfie thanks for responding back

  • @subalfie how tragic that he died at a relatively young age. i heard not too long ago that he had a heart attack while he was working out.

  • @noreaga12326 He died of a heart attack back in 2000, he was only 47 yrs old.

  • wow i had no idea that reggie harris died. thats very sad. What did he die from?

  • OMG I was 9 & I remember watching them on Channel 2 back in 1988. I started 4th Grade around this time. I miss Reggie Harris, he was a great anchor and I remember Diane Dimond and Rock Rote on Channel 2. I didn't remember John Bolaris being on Channel 2 in the 80's but I know he was here in the early 2000's. This brings back memories.

  • DARN ME!!! I forgot all about Reggie Harris. Didn't know he died of a heart attack. I was so busy then, running around the country.Tragic to go so young. Would anyone happen to know what was the cause of the coronary?

  • The "Anything can happen in New York" was an image campaign for the station in the late 80s. The tagline appeared in the promo gfx at that time.
