Wrong u put it in PSP/COMMON then u locate the internet browser then type the adress the you just maid ur self look like a dumbass also because it says it in the ''read me'' when u download it

omfg you are sop noob first you have to put it in common folder and secend you have to typ in file:/psp/common/digiplay/home­.html
