Pretty impressive either way... That converts to 180 mph On a public 2 lane road and a street legal bike, That is pretty fast...

For those of you that don't own this amazing machine, you don't understand the thrill. Its enchanting to say the least. There is no other motorcycle that has this kind of power delivery. It constantly beckons you to twist the throttle ever more. ; )

You didn't know the road and you did go that fast? Are you crazy? I have a motorbike and I like to go full throttle too, but not on a tight unknown road... Next time make sure to put your brain in your helmet before go out!

I raced an R6 which engine mods for 3 years which was timed on a sprint quarter mile at 255km top speed, i own a 2010 R6 and i can tell u that your comment is completely false sorry mate.

Take it up with the factory, it says what it says even if it was 10% out which wouldnt be uncommon i dont think i would be able to tell the difference, the video is there for you to enjoy either way.

Yeah there was absolutely no effort they reckon the 1098;s are the first stock Ducatis to red line in top gear dont know how true this is tho.
