Fatah MP: The world implanted Israel in our body

During Palestinian Authority TV daily talk show "Palestine This Morning," Fatah Member of Palestinian Parliament Najat Abu Bakr, delegitimizes Israel's right to exist saying that the world "implanted" the State of Israel into the Palestinian body and history. In addition, she expresses her hope for "the end of Israel."

Abu Bakr: "I am certain that the State of Israel -- this entity which the world implanted in our body, in our bones, in our history -- this [Gaza flotilla incident] is the beginning of the end of this oppressive entity."

I am sure that what she is referring to is that Israel was carved into Palestinian land to make a place for Jews. The land was Palestinian land. It was this land that the state of Israel was carved into. Thus she uses the word "implanted" meaning something from the outside put inside. She feels the oppression and her reference of the word implant evokes thoughts of what it would be like if Israel had never been imposed on them. I think this is a natural thought to have, in her place.
