Not everyone in the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community has a supportive family environment. Further, in this political environment, our families are often not valued. Sometimes we have to create new families to replace the ones given to us at birth. Our LGBT community has unique and special families. A family can consist of many different people - friends, partners, children, aunts, uncles and even pets.
Take a video of your family that tells us why it is special. Videos should be no more than 2 minutes in length.
Join our YouTube Group at http://www.youtube.com/group/cmhpride2010 and Upload your video. The winning family will receive VIP access to Columbus Pride 2010 and will have their name announced at the Pride 2010 Festival.
