This video demonstrates how to add weight when performing hub lifts.

A hub setup is typically done with a loading pin, a carabineer and an Ironmind hub.

This is an alternative setup if you have none of the standard equipment. Another technique for adding weight to a hub lift with an olympic plate is to stack 2.5lb weights around the rim of the plate, but this method become cumbersome as more weight is added or if the plate tips during the lift.

Note: Make sure your fingers do not hook underneath of the nail, as this will aid in the lift.
