I recently obtained the hard to find Yamaha BP-2 bass pedals for my Yamaha SK50D and decided it was time to shoot a video showing the various pedals I used with the SK50D. Believe it or not, there are a few more pedal inputs on the back of the keyboard I'm not even using. It's that configurable.
Absolutely excellent! That solo synth has some PHAT bass. That SK50D is quite a piece of kit to have. Two years ago, I had the chance to pick one up locally for about $250 and I kick myself every day for not buying it. Say, do you happen to know how much the SK50D went for originally? I'd bet alot... :-)

@DX7Alex In Canada, they sold for $4300 originally back in 1981. That's what I was told by the original owner who sold me mine. I picked this one up for $500 over 10 years ago. $250 is a bargain! The prices have gone up since then. I've been seeing $1000 and up on average for a complete unit. Sadly some are missing the legs, etc.

I purchased a SK30 on Ebay about a year ago. I bet I was watching the very same auction for the bass pedal set you purchased. I'm glad you ended up with them though; you obviously can use them much better than I could have. Thank you for the GREAT videos on the SK50D -- most of the info presented applies directly to my SK30.

@makers1958 Thanks! Pedals are just something to get used to. Keyboard drum kit! Enjoy your SK30!
