WeTheLibertyLovers, The nipple he is talking about is the 3/4 pvc nipple coupling.It's in the list of parts in the begining of the video.

At 1:05 you talk about stretching the seal over the nipple. What Nipple are you referring to? It's not listed in the parts list and in fact, this is the first time you said anything about a nipple.
