You can play it on a virtual machine like "VM-Ware". Just install winXP oder win98 second edition on your vm and have fun with the old games. I miss the time when the games like c&c red alert, starcraft, diablo, warcraft or pax imperia was uptodate...

My strategy was also to expand in sprints, but i don't build big fleets because of the cash problems to sustain the fleet. So: i developed my own kind of carrier! I just took the transporter and charged it with the hornet fighter. In the fight u just have to wait until the fighter solved the problems, after that u must only bomb the planet with your modified version of a transporter - great, isn't it? This "carrier" is at the same time usefull to keep the jumpgate under surveillance!

I used adobe premiere pro and camtasia studio.

My suggestion for multiplayer is not more than 3 player, because of the fighting-time while the gamplay!
