@06porterr I see what you're saying but by that logic, N. Korea has been "armed" with nukes since the 60's when China acquired them. I would say it's just sloppy reporting. Especially in the context of N. Korea's efforts to acquire their own nukes.

This reporter is obnoxious, dangling her foot over the border, saying "nice day to invade" to a soldier. The things she says/does can get the people she's with sent to a death camp, while she's sipping tea on British Airways on her way home.
