  • It's not fair to judge the quality of sounds through youtube videos. The Eee speakers sound way better in person. I wouldn't say it's awesome, but it's pretty good. The volume was only set at around 40% at the time of the shoot as well.

I played around with the equalizer after reading your comment and I got it to sound even better. Sounds just as good as my toshiba satellite.

  • I would not buy ANYTHING from J. River. They charge again and again. They are using GPL v2 software (LAV filter suite) and then refuse to honor the GPL v2 licence by freely providing their source code. Instead of costly J.River use MPC-Home Cinema and MediaMonkey. Both zero dollars!!

  • What skin is this for theater view?

  • The J River Media Center has a beautiful interface and many features that have to be seen to be appreciated. Their developers work hand in hand with users to make many and frequent upgrades at no cost. Only when there is a major version change will there be an optional upgrade fee, I know of no other application having so frequent improvements. Try their trial version and see why their program draws high appreciation from reviews and users.

  • J.River Media Center ?

Cool SW good quality for little money

  • Awesome piece of software.

  • not only is it $50 but in a few months they will force you to pay again by changing the version number.

NO JRIVER products are any good.

  • pure junk.

    stay away

  • Still using this?I am trying out free version media jukebox 12 and wondering if it's worth $50.I had hard time getting Fubar,Winamp, and Jetaudio to work and this seemed a little easier.Still have issues with filepaths and deleting fextra files. But WMP and Itunes don't play FLAC soooooo....
