@StNige They had both. Regan's main car for most series was the bronze Consul, but in later series they had a Mk1 Granada and then a silver Mk2 Granada in series 4.

@noveltycurtains - Simon Rouse (Meadows) appears as a CI5 boffin in one episode (The purging of Ci5) however other Bill characters made appearances. In this episode DI Burnside (Chris Ellison) plays the young Coogan, he also appears in a S1 episode as a CI5 man. Mark Wingett who went on to play Jim Carver in the Bill was in another episode as a punk.
