Anybody with basic knowkedge of history will not dispute the fact that Macedonians were Greeks, All ancient historians confirm this, Alexander the Great was permitted to participate in the Olympic games, and this was an honor reserved only for the Greeks (Herodotus, History, 2.125). The Macedonians, evidently, spoke and wrote Greek.
