Take Care, Take Care, Take Care is Explosions In The Sky's most texturally diverse and emotionally dynamic album yet, and certainly their most masterfully crafted.

  • @88fuzz yeah they probably had to shorten the length of it because the letterman show would run over into other programming if they played the entire 7 minutes or they did play the entire 7 minutes but it was edited down to a little over 3 minutes.

  • wait a second... This song isn't normally 4 minutes

  • Wow they really shortened that song lol. Give them props for that. Seriously though, these guys are amazing, so much passion and emotion in the way they play. I could listen to them all day. Also give them props for being on Letterman. That's kind of a big deal.

  • @imaginedatyo They are amazing live, if you guys have a chance to seem them, do not miss it!!!

  • @sludgeyfudge after i saw them live at Capitol Hill Block Party in Seattle I went to a downtown bar. As I was sitting there enjoying a nice microbrew I look to my left and there sits the entire band. We talked for almost 2 hours. One of the best nights of my life.

  • wow what are you two talking about, "EITS somehow violate it by following one style"??? No shit, every band has their own style. And being predictable??? Just because it isn't all over the place with huge solos doesnt make it predictable. Post-rock is about the music not the talent. The melodies may be simple but they are also incredibly epic.

  • @infernoboi92 Yeah I would agree that even though it isn't the most diverse thing, they seem to have been doing it forever and they are good at it! It's great live too...

  • @sofe55 Agreed, I mean, I like And So I Watch You From Afar, much more.

  • If I ever saw any of these guys on the street I would never know that they could kick so much ass
