** Master Woo has earned teaching degree in Taekwondo (as a Major) from Yong-In University in Korea. Master Woo is 6th degree certified international master instructor from World Taekwondo Federation and has been teaching Taekwondo for 19years in the state. In addition, he has earned multiple teaching degrees including physical education teacher's license from the Ministry of Education in Korea and yoga teacher's license from Yong-In University. He has been involved in Taekwondo for more than 30 consecutive years.

This video includes total 10 different exercises (Crunch, Oblique Crunch, Slow Situps, Weighted Situps, Bicycle, Plank, Duck kicks and Scissors, Push Kick Crunch, Free Leg Raise, Crazy reverse Crunch) that works best for your abs and obliques. You can choose any 2 or 3 exercises and do it every other day.

Note: If building a muscle is your primary goal I believe that nutrition is the most important part of any fitness training program. Please consult your nutrition plan with specialist.

Warning: Always consult your physician before starting a training If you have any health concerns or have had a problem on any fitness program. And remember to always make sure you are warmed up and stretched properly before your training.

  • @Legenda20SLO it may be hard on the lower back for some people

  • I still think that lifting up legs is the best workout for abs. I'm getting results unbelievably fast, while doing them 20-30 minutes every 2nd day.

    Well i've took some exercises used them and they helped me get past my plateau! They work pretty well they helped me get a sixpack, just make sure you pay attention to all the details in the workout they are important. Good luck!

  • IN what moment I do the exersices, DUring tkd training, before, after? or in the morning exercise and in the afternoon I train TKD. Or one day I train taekwondo, next day I do exercises?
