I think Reagan was the worst post-WWII US president, but I have to admit this is a fantastic ad, subtle but strong.

My guess is you work for the Government or some subsidiary like a public university. Enjoy your pension the people that paid for it are not getting one.

I wouldn't all him the worst. I to think he's extreamly overated but not the worst. I would have to say that it was either George W Bush or as much as I'd hated to say it Jimmy Carter.

What is it that bothers you? The ending of the Soviet Union without ever firing a shot? The 25 years of historic prosperity? The lowering of taxes? The increase of Freedom? The fact that we went from world wide wimps under Carter to being respected again? Do tell.

DemocratNoMore: without firing a shot?

oh I guess you mean how reagan "cut and ran" after 200+ marines were slaughtered in lebanon? do you you mean the "prosperity" that manifested itself in the S and L and housing scandals?(and subsequent bailouts) or the "freedom" embodied by reagan era draconian "war on drugs" laws that disproportionally punished minorities? as far as the opinion abroad, "respect" is not exactly the word that comes to mind.
