  • @ardoynejune27th1970Gangsters!!!

I think you would need to serious look at the I N L A.

I have read in the Irish News they gave up their arms>???

How much money did they get? Remember their slogan Brits out???

Its hard enought the brits calling the irish thicks? Now you are trying to treat us like thicks.

  • The past is the reason that we are in this mess. Sean Garland is a working class Irish citizen who is also 'being screwed' as you put it. Is this not a time for all those opposed to the present government and the cuts to unite?

  • Cuba!

To hell with the past and Sean Garland - Working people are being screwed by these cuts and closures .. could you not even be bothered to mention that?

    LIVE UP TO YOUR NAME!

Old age pensioners are living in their beds, sitting in the dark because the state has cut their benefits and now they have no ESB.

  • To hell with the past and Sean Garland - Working people are being screwed on 7th of December .. could you not even be bothered to mention that?

  • Congratulations to Dawn Puris on her principled and courageous stand, David Ervine would have made the same decision. Working class loyalist communities need this type of leadership.

  • The Workers Party are the only truly Republican movement in Ireland, i.e socialist, internationalist and NON-SECTARIAN. Unlike others who waged a grubby little sectarian war, and what did they achieve?

  • a bunch of gangsters , who didt nothing but to fleece the irish people esp in the six counties.long live costello and at least he was honest and a genuine irish republican.

  • Tomás MacGiolla also spoke at this meeting, sadly Tomás passed away on thursday and will be sadly missed by the serious Left in Ireland. He was a giant of a man in more ways than one. A republican and socialist in the mould of Wolfe Tone and James Connolly. He was also a rare thing in Irish politics, a man of humanity and integrity. The Democratic Left defection broke his heart. I`ll be at his funeral tomorrow and I hope De rossa and his ilk have the common decency not to attend!
