Does this help detangler help with the knots result from taking out braids. Because I have alot of knots when I remove my braids and I end up just pulling out my own hair and it hurts alot

girl my perm turned out wonderful im very happy & yes my hair grew out so LONG the natural thing is not for me lol but im glad i did try it out it was worth in the end*

I havent had a perm since Oct. either..I said I was gonna go as long as I can...I still cant decide if I want to transition.. :-/
