    Capitalism by its nature is not bad unless its croney capitalism which was the case with Solyndra. The government was specifically told that Solyndra was unsound and a bad risk. However they were a big contributor to the Obama campaign. I dont know it that played a part in getting stimulus money or not but it doesn't look good.

    Your suggestion on regulation takes the "free" out of "free enterprise". You might as well say the government should own and operate all businesses.
