何国忠在致词时表示，要迈向一个强大的国家，人民就必须拥有良好的健康，以应付一切的挑战。

所以何国忠期望，我国人民能把看待自己健康这种文化给好好的持续下去，让我国在未来不单只是成为一个强大的国家，同时也是一个健康的国家。
