THEY'RE POSING!
The quest, Green Dominion, is about a couple of strange people chanting "Nrjg, Nrjg" and all of that sort. Some people were getting disturbed and as a result, we must deal divine retribution to those people.
The mission is a common "battle" type mission which is as simple as can be! Defeat all the other foes and the quest is done!
Brief Green Mage Analysis:
The enemies in this mission is just a group of "green mages", mages that have a skillset revolving around status infliction like "Sleep" and "Blind". They can also give buffs to other party members. The most notable buffs include: Leap (Increase Move), Protect (Increase Defense), and Tranq (Increase accuracy). Green Mages are a support job, like most of the Viera jobs.
Green Mages generally wield Maces and Hammers to learn their skills.
Becoming a Green Mage requires the Viera to have mastered one White Mage A(action)-Ability like Cure.
You pronounced Njrg wrong.
In very rare occasions the letter J will take on the roll of a vowel. Sounding like an E, I, or Y. Like Iceland for example. Jon sounds like Yon. Bjork is Bee-ork.
Njrg isn't Nerge, its Nee-erg. Though you did get one part right, you crunched it down to one syllable.
This whole "J is a vowel" thing is very common in Viera names/Ivalice Alliance games.
In FF12, with Fran's sisters, Mjrn is pronounced Mee-ern, and Jote is pronounced Yo-tey.
Also its my name...

I just took the easiest pronunciation I could think of out of my head.
At least I learned something new.
