The Soviets used natural zeolites to filter milk and water, feed to livestock to eliminate radioactive substances and bury the nuke plant. For about $10 you can pick up natural zeolite at your local feed store. You'd be stupid not to pick up a bag or two.

@MrVic1954 - I am supplementing iodine( kelp) to protect against the radioactive variety. Zeolite will attract and trap positively charged molecules - might be a good idea to wash vegetables in zeolite water to remove radio-nuceli. I have not seen any direct references to plutonium - but I will search my references. You can paint iodine tincture on an out of the way place on skin to substitute for the pricy stuff -hear its works well and not as toxic.

Colloidal silver may help against radiation damage as well, its the charged particles that give the health benefits, not the silver, ionized water has the same health benefits, there is evidence that charges can render radioactive material neutral.

@Goldieluvmj I don't believe anything anymore. The cars are basically meaningless. Like I said Japan is finished and the rest of the world is too, only more slowly. The radiation is affecting the wildlife now. Many, many seals are dying, yet the lame-stream media says nothing about it. Guess who is at the top of the food chain? All the media would have you care about is who the next president of the US is... it's all a big fucking joke.

@JP5466 Never mind the new cars. What about those exported second hand cars that could slip through the net and pass by as you breath & walk along your street. The air filters have collected massive amount of radionuclides and they are highly radioactive. All govt would say, the imported cars are checked at the port. Do you really believe that!?

@gjtdub Sadly, Japan is so corrupt. JP govt controlled by (...) wants to reduce the population by half thus governors are paid when they accept polluted Fukushima debris, burn and bury in their prefecture. Iodine tablets were not distributed when they needed. They cancelled the nuclear exclusion zone while it would still be highly contaminated for millions of years.

Japan is finished. The food is all contaminated, so are the new cars The radiation produced from these "accidents" are still accumulating. 3 meltdowns are in process. This is a human extiction event, especially for the Japanese people. Zeolite isn't going to help them unless they move somewhere else.

The bed rock granite created zeolite when it reached fission temps. MILLIONS OF CUBIC FEET!!

The charge was roughly a cubic foot of material.
