A collage of video clips of A63 aka Limuw, the bald eaglet on the Santa Cruz bald eagle's nest, picking up where Part I left off, with A63's hatching on April 13th and going through his fledging on June 28th to his reunion with a parent on the nest June 29th.
See the companion video, Part I here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PvFRY-nwfBc
You can read about the struggle to reintroduce America's symbol, the Bald Eagle, to the Channel Islands as well as watch this miracle of nature via live eagle-cam by going to http://www.iws.org and clicking first on 'interactive' and then choosing one of the 3 nests to view.... 2 are on Catalina Island and 1 on Santa Cruz Island or go to: http://z7.invisionfree.com/CHIL_EagleCAM/index.php?act=idx
Tears of joy as I watch this video again mixed in with tears of knowing that A-63 is with God now and knowing that I will never see Limuw with his white head and feathers. He will always be my full fledged bald eagle that I have fallen in love with.

Thank you so very much. I was happy to see again and relive the emotions I experienced watching it live. Never to be forgotten.

Ok tears again....goodness I am a mop bucket watching this nest. I think it is the draa of the lost egg, terrible winds and spunky little guy known and loved as Limuw and the parents who did such a wonderful job lanching what appears to be an exceptionally strong and spirited young eagle..

WOW! AMAZING! This and Part 1 are an absolutely awe inspiring chronicle of the life of Limuw, the second chick to hatch from this Santa Cruz nest following the efforts of the Channel Island Bald Eagle restoration project. Brilliant work HulaBunnee! Thank You! Visit IWSdotorg for more.
