use command cl_avidemo NN where NN is variable of fps. This command saves demo into pictures. After that you need some smart soft for editing

Force fraps on core 4, Details can be High but lower your resolution. (Since you won't likely get a 1920x1200 vid. on the web anyways) Use another harddisk (pref. a raid-0 stripped) for the recording. (Not your windows disk, not the games disk.)
