He promised he would never hurt me. He swore last time he would never lay a hand on me again, and I believed him. How stupid could I be to trust him again? Now I'm laying in my own blood and tears, sobbing hysterarcally. All I did was drop a plate. It went in slow motion to me. i remember watching the plate fall slowly, and my failed attempt to catch it befoe it shattered into peices, and feeling my heart drop into my stomach as I seen him raise his hand. Before i knew it, he was on top of me, hitting me multiply times, I cried in pain as i blacked out, and remembered a time in the past when I was happy... When i was with her..
When I was with her, nothing bad every happened to me, no one every layed a hand on me. If she knew what i went through now, it would kill her..
"Sel?!?" I heard a scream, i tried to open my eyes, but i couldn't. I groaned as i tried to move, but nothing worked.
"S-sel, hunny, it's going to be okay. Im here. I dont know if you can hear me, but Im here.." I heard the voice whisper, the voice I've missed so much, but it can't be, can it?
"D-demi?"
"Yes, Selena, it's me hun. I'm going to get help okay, i'll be right back." It is her, wait what does she mean by help. No she cant all the police he'll kill me, and her. I can't let that happen.
"N-no! Don't g-get help, he'll k-kill me, y-you." I pleaded.
"But youre hurt Sel, you need help. Please.." Demi said softly. I forced my eyes to flutter open and waited for them to focus themsleves. I looked around then meet a pool of chocolate orbs, with tears and worry conceled behind them. I moved my hand and reached for hers. The spark I always felt whenever we touched, gave me a boost of energy, and I knew I had to apologize while I had the strength.
"D-dems.. I'm so sorry. H'he made m-me do i-it.. I n-ne-" Demi pressed her finger to my lips, cutting me off mid sentence.
"Shhh.. You don't have to explain right now, you need help" Demi said softly.
"Sel? Sel, stay with me. Se-"
Hearing Demi say my name was the last thing I heard before I was incased in blackness.
I woke up screamin, sitting upright. Beads of sweat were on my forhead and my heart was pounding hard. I felt the priclking in my eyes as tears begin to form and fall down my cheeks softly, and slowly. I was shaking ad i realized it was all a dream. I was in my own bed at my own house. I looked ovr at my night stand to see the picture of me and Demi kissing. I smiled slightly at the memory. I grabbed my phione and looked at the tine, It was 3:24 A.M. and the date was September 14, 2010. Three days before my life fell apart in my dream. Whithout thinking I dialed the number so fimaliar to me. I had to hear Demi's voice, I had to know she was mine. The pnone rang once, then twice, then in the middle of the third ring the phone clicked.
"Hello?' Demi said tiredly.
H-hey Demi" Ugh.. why did I stutter, Demi always knows Im upset when I stutter.
"Sel? Why are you calling me at three in the morning? Are you okay hun?" She asked with a worried tone.
"Yeah, sorry about that. I just had to hear your voice.."
