Stakeholder asks questions of Chair Bradley regarding voting that took place on 4/17/2007 regarding the Victory Outreach proposed signage. Apparently there is paperwork on file downtown Los Angeles that shows a possible conflict of interest. The stakeholder has to stand up to get her paperwork back......Also intereresting to note. Earlier in the same day both Bradley and George Smith III were downtown Los Angeles at the ZA hearing on ZA 2007 824 speaking in support of the Las Vegas styled signage for the Victory Outreach Church. The paperwork at the end of the video appears to show that Bradley performed professional services on behalf of the Victory Outreach Church. The radius map has right in the center of it a "Victory Outreach" The map is clearly stamped with a ZA 2007 824 stamp from the city of Los Angeles records.
