  • how do i fix cloudy blue water after i have tried: clarifier, shock, ph +, metal free, keep on cleaning filters? i really don't wanna have to drain and refill the pool

  • @igotalife787

Assuming your water chemistry is in balance the cloudiness is most likely from dead algae remaining suspended in your water. Pool First Aid should fix this, it is a combination of a clarifier and enzyme blend that actually breaks down the dead organinc material. Or you can also use a clarifier, but beware not all clarifiers are created equally and usually you get what you pay for. Natural Chemistry's Clear and Perfect is the most powerful clarifier on the market. Good luck!

Let the pump run after adding First Aid. The filtration of the water is key during this part of the algae clean up process...just be sure that the chlorine level is not above 5 ppm when you add the First Aid. Good luck and let me know if you need any more help!
