I see what you're saying. there are many of my favorite bands that have crystal clear records but when they play live they just don't have the luster. this is usually due to them singing off key, as in this case when laetitia goes higher up on the melody you can hear and see her struggle. Pinback: last two times I've seen them I cringed at their off key and sloppy vocals, where as their albums are pristine. I could see coldplay suffering the same way.too long a comment? well FUCK YOU.
