When enterning Sonoma Mountain Village (SOMO) from Camino Colegio turn right at the stop sign, then take the first left into the 1300 parking lot. You can't miss us then as we are facing Camino Colegio.

Yes the best defense is to take no offense

Psychological "tai sabaki" so to speak is a critical mind skill to master. One of the 1st things a beginner is taught, is never fight while thinking angry thought. Anger is not a "force multiplier" as the ego imagines, when emotional equilibrium is lost, your energy is quick to exhaust.
