Awesome app. I will need to show my students this app when teaching Financial Management next term.

This is a great application. The best part about it is that I don't need to carry a financial calculator around with me in addition to my iPhone, all my tables and even interest paid over the life of the loan are there. It's good for hypotheticals (such as going in to buy a car) and for a bunch of different scenarios. Great job!

Wow, very nice! Now if you could add what current loan rates are for different loans, in case i wanna buy a new car and see what the rates are and make projections.

Looks like a great app. I agree the music is a bit distracting. I think this would be great to use when going to buy a car. You can quickly calculate if it would be better to take the cash upfront or the APR offered. :)

I'm thinking about buying this app, but i'm just wondering if you have a version with monthly rate instead of annual rate (%), because here in brazil it's the way the negotiate our loans... Do you?

to get annual rate with monthly rate you just multiply by 12
