have to say this is a good scotch but i lean more to Islay there is just something about that peaty smokey taste :)

No Black barrel was discontinued 3 years ago unfortunately. This has been my favourite whisky for past 10 years.Ive finished the last of my stash. However there will be a new version launched next year under a diferent name and with minimal change to the spirit. Thank god :)

I agree.
But, there is one kind of Glenfiddich that is great for the price and, IMO, that's the 15 year old Solara.
