please remove plugins before attempting to connect to a vac secured server how can i fix that wen i play

my fucking problem is I installed latest patch named 2.0.2.3 but when I try to join it automaticly gets fucked! it shows me the loading screen 1 second and it says zoey,bill,francis,louis when the server said it had 3 players online why the fuck does that happend it goes to main screen of the game after that but when I try to join a versus game it the game fucking crashed I need help!
