  • Dear Manjula -

Your presentation of these receipies is a delight. Thank you so much for making the time to teach those of us who are just learning how to cook the amazing recipies of India. It is no wonder that my European forefathers risked their lives over the centuries, sailng the oceans to 'The Indies' for spices. If ONLY they had brought back cookbook we might have learned sooner! ha ha

  • Thank you Aunty Manjula for your recipes and your dedication to teach us this fantastic dishes, all look so yummy :)

i think for making it more yummy you should add more tomato curry..:)

  • Hare Krsna temples always the the panneer and curd steaks golden brown. Whenever I try i end up with mozzarella... what technique is required to achieve that gold tone.?

  • thanks for ur nice colourful recipe................ its looking good

  • Hi Manjula aunty, thanks for the recipe. Even your paneer cubes look beautiful lol! I like a few of your recipes while I found some a little complicated with too many ingredients. I am a decent cook who makes things with my own logic without following the exact recipe. Most often it is quite successful.

Would you mind telling me how come your name is Manjula? I was thinking it is a purely South Indian name. Take care and thanks:-)
