Experiencing and practicing with different rhythms of objects in motion is essential to being able to control your own body, other's bodies, and weapons of all sorts. Good for you. I would like to suggest using a rope 2 or 3 feet shorter and working up to such a long length. If those were metal rings, you might want to use rubber ones, pool rings or dog toy rings. Thanks for video.
